— The treasurer-general is hereby directed to pay to Mr. Ramon Soriano, lieutenant-colonel of infantry, the sum of one hundred seventy-eight thousand, six hundred forty-two pesos and thirty-three céntimos in drafts and letters of exchange, in order to negotiate the exchange of the same for cash in Manila, by order of the honorable Mr. President, the bearers of the same being Francisco Enaje and Lorenzo Sanchez, whose certification accompanies.
