— It is very likely that children's use of computers in public libraries is similar to their home use – more for entertainment than for learning. Because recreation is a legitimate part of the public library mission, librarians need not be concerned to present only purely educational gameware but will exercise judgment in selecting materials in this area as in all other formats.
